How much of this team's capacity is actually available for the work that matters?
This takes about seven minutes. There are twenty statements across five areas. For each one, say how much you agree — based on how things actually are right now, not how you'd like them to be or how they were six months ago.
Half the statements ask about you. Half ask about the team. The gap between those two answers is usually the most interesting thing in the room.
There are no right answers and no score you're supposed to hit. A low score isn't a verdict on anyone — capacity problems are almost always structural, not personal.
